Cost Controller & Stock Controller:-

Check that the receiving & stores & cost control daily work is done according to above
mentioned instructions
Check the daily summary receiving record
Check the daily flash cost report
Check the daily officer checks & complimentary report
check the stores monthly closing
prepare the monthly F & B cost report maximum 7every month
Knowing The minimum & Maximum Stock For Items in the stores
Made the monthly list for the missing items and follow up with the Purchasing dep.
Prepare all sequestration request for all departments
Made all administration paper work such as (Vacations . suppliers order….etc)
Conduct a weekly meeting with chief Account &all my staff to solved any problems in work
Prepare quarts (each 3 Months)for the Stop &slow moving items.
Monthly inventory for all stores( F&B / Eng & G. stores )
Prepare a monthly report for all Stores.
Attend monthly meeting with the financial controller for discussing the reports.


• Paper Work:-

analysis &costing for employee meal & officer check ( daily )
check F & B transfers between out Lets & others & costing ( daily )
Check the receiving record (pricing. Quantity. Quality ) & costing
check the requisition ( quantity ordered & quantity issued ) costing
after the above steps a.b.c.d the cost control will start to prepare the food cost report

• Outlet:-

Check that the items served in out Let had been posted as sales
Check on the bars by making regular inventory to make sure that the shortage are charged

• Receiving :-

Check that the receiving is done after checking ( quality.quantily and the suitable price )

• Stores :-

Check the stores operated according to the above points ( quality. ordering .hygiene &expiry )
