- Leading team of five quality inspectors and guide them to reach to the required products quality during the shift.
- Check the products quality in random samples.
- Responsible for all characteristics of all products, during material manufacturing stage or filling stage till it delivered to stores.(properties under test : viscosity, finess, gel time, adhesion, drying time, solid content, sandability, spray application, density, and packaging durability).
- Plan with production head to reach to maximum production with perfect quality.
- Responsible for training new members in QC department and make them able to do their duties.
- Report QC team with any new alteration in our QC plan and work to achieve it .
SAP skills :
• Proficiency in SAP program ( quality control management).
• Worked with SAP for more than one year for my latest job.
• Can easily establish full quality control SAP system (master data, inspection plans, inspection characteristics, change master recipe to be matched with quality system).

- I'm responsible for operating the plant process from the field.
- Dealing with different types of equipments.
- Maintain smooth running of the process.
- Perform a safe shut down for all the area (columns area).
- Perform a smooth and stable start up for the area & insure start up activities from the field.

- Responsible for soap section quality control.
- Arrange with production department to reach to maximum production quantity with required quality.
- Responsible for quality assurance and quality during filling for all soap section products.
- Follow up all modification and its affect on products quality.
- Responsible for delivering samples to export department for new contracts.
