Recruitment Activities:
•Conduct interviews for potential external & internal candidates up to supervisory level.

•Delivers New Associate Orientation to successfully onboard new associates to Elif
•Develops and update content for Training Skill Matrix and consults on Human Resources and compliance training to apply effective adult learning principles
•Proactively coaches leaders on leadership practices and techniques and develops coaching skills in others
•Assesses business situations and develops goals and training and development strategies to improve business results and performance
•Collect data and analyze the impact of long-term and specific initiatives.
