Al-Bahar Industries Group - Medium-sized privately operated industrial and trading group that has been in operations for 50 years. Duties and Responsibilities :


• To lead KSA branches and drive to achieve yearly sales revenue of the business

• Establish, build and maintain good relations with all traders, contractors, subcontractors, consultants and customers.

• Guide and lead the team to increase the productivity and meet the target

• Manage every aspect of our newly expanding operation in-country

• Recruit the very best talent in this new market

• Negotiate with vendors and service providers needed for production

• Conduct extensive research regarding the market and learn everything possible

• Develop sales and marketing teams with local expertise

• Cooperating with the leadership to develop a strategic sales plan in the country

• Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development.

• Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships

• Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained

• Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity

• Mentor direct reports, especially in regard to our values and vision

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales department Completing and managing the following tasks:

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Set individual sales targets with sales team.
• Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales team.
• Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales representative
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
• Evaluate performance of sales staff
• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
• Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
• Generate timely sales reports
• Develop pricing schedules and rates.
• Conduct market research for competitors and customer analysis
• Focusing on customer relation management (CRM).
• Knowledge transfer to customer, to give better decision & give possibility to win the project.

Scope of Work: Zamil Commercial Division is the trading arm of Zamil Group which functions as sales agent to overseas manufacturers and has a local manufacturing facilities and service units.

• Tracking all customers need by providing quotations, invoices, services and all the required technical information.
