Duties and responsibilities:
1. Draft letter, reports and official correspondences; and ensure the same is filed appropriately and perform other administrative tasks to ensure the administrative functions of the respective Organization run smoothly and efficiently.
2. Schedule business appointments for and on behalf of the CFO, arrange business meetings Answer phone calls on behalf of the CFO, provide information, take and relay messages, direct calls to appropriate personnel in the respective Organization, if needed, place outgoing calls on behalf of the CFO as necessary.
3. Prepare and forward memorandum to concerned personnel in various Warba Bank's Organizations and act as focal point of contact should they require assistance, information or documentation.
4. Preparation, finalization, recording of payments and related transaction and submitting for review with in set deadlines.
5. Accurate and complete control on vendor accounts and follow-up on any discrepancies that might need reconciliation or adjustments.
6. Accurately and timely recording OPEX and CAPEX transactions according to the details needed.
7. Closely following up the payment cycle, updating tracking schedules and making sure it is closed within defined set turnaround.
8. Recording on timely manner CAPEX related transactions as capitalization and depreciation.
9. Follow up on information requirement and recording staff related transactions.
10. Transactions judgment against set policies and procedures and internal bank regulations.
11. Preparation of contracts related Tax Authority reporting requirements on timely manner.
12. Perform other duties as and when required
