1) Responsible for the maintenance of Shell assets installed at own/customer’s sites.
2) Manage the operational interfaces required for the installation of new and rebuilt sites with customer and respective account manager/business owner.
3) Provide cost estimate for new projects and manage projects execution and contractor’s performance levels.
4) Vendors management and follow up construction work for delivery.
5) Strong knowledge in Logistics and supply chain.
6) MEP testing and commissioning.
7) Support Procurement team for making decisions related to tenders.
8) Prepare all needed specifications for procurement team before contacting the suppliers.
9) Good knowledge in SAP system.
10) Take appropriate action (intervention) when work is not being carried out to the expected standards.
11) Review equipment specifications to ensure fit for purpose equipment is procured.
12) Full knowledge of Workshops design and BOQs preparation.
13) Propose the Fluid monitoring system for Shell customers and supervise the installation.
14) Full responsibility for Shell Quick Service Project (Fast Lube) which includes the Design of Workshop, Branding, Retail Networking, Construction & Equipment.

- Supervise and monitor the site progress work, monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work.
- Prepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to engineers, then follow-up on their progress.
- Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise any modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
- Oversee the selection and requisition of materials for use in the installation / maintenance, to check whether the materials are as specified.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
- Attend regular meetings with clients, and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
- Prepare drawings for the electromechanical work and follow up with the consultant engineer until the final approval.
- Plan and schedule the work, and efficiently organize the site in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for the completion of work.
- Recommend to the Divisional Head on matters relating to recruitment, termination and promotion of staff.

- Installing, testing, and commissioning Automotive Equipment:
Rolling Shutter Doors, Automatic Car Wash Machines, Two/Four Post Lifts, Lubrication Systems, Fume Exhaust Systems, And Compressed Air Systems.
- Design and installation of Sliding gates, Hinged gates, Bi-folding gates, and Gate barriers.
- Strong experience in installing security systems like Road Blockers, and Tire Killers.
- Programming and operating CNC Punching machines, Steel Structure Manufacturing machines & inspecting the Mechanical & Electrical system of the machines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices.
