Participated in the due diligence project of the acquisition of Retail stores in Lebanon during 2008. Deal size is US$ 130 M.
Leading the project of designing the monthly set of financial performance reports provided to top management by the CFO.
Conduct a goodwill impairment test for Lebanon acquisition which had a positive impact on the company’s profitability of 20$ M.
Participated in the below projects:
Finance Division transformation (Organizational Structure and Policies & Procedures).
Standardization of all subsidiaries’ chart of accounts across countries.
Upgrade Oracle financials from 11i to 12i
Implementation of Oracle Project Billing, Procurements and Inventory.
