• Perform Feasible Studies which serve Investment Department in alignment with the organization’s strategy and provide inputs for strategic recommendations where appropriate
• Build Electronic Surveys for customers and clients satisfaction about all regions in the UAE and prepare yearly report to support continuous improvement projects to increase revenues and reduce costs
• Build financial models for evaluating investment opportunities and provide inputs for strategic recommendations where appropriate
• Assist investment department head with commercial and financial due diligence on companies, perform market research and financial analysis, including review of historical and projected financial information
• Audit financial statements and review monthly financial performance
• Follow up with stakeholders to make sure the workflow as requested through direct contact
and issue monthly reports
• Build mutual benefits with external stakeholders that serve endowments department
• Collaborate with engineering department to support endowment projects
• Control project budgets and issue monthly reports
• Day-to-day operations; implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
• Health and Safety Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Support in delivering business excellent initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and according to financial targets
• Monitor the outcomes of business excellence initiatives to identify and measure benefits and improvements
• Support and update strategic department through providing monthly reports related to investments performance
• Define and encourage individuals and firms to take a part to raise the level of charity activities at the society throughout ads, publications, social media and visits
• Determine how to measure where current and potential quality problems lie
• Rise the quality awareness and personal concern of all employees
• Implement lean philosophy in day to day operations to reduce costs and increase revenues
• Link projects to departmental objectives and overall organizational goals
• Deliver lean six sigma training sessions for individuals to raise business improvement in the
organization
