• Strategic Facility Management: Execute, and oversee a facility management strategy that aligns with the
organizations objectives and business goals. Managing Riyadh Gallery Mall since 2018, and National Energy
Services contract-Energy efficiency projects.
• Maintenance and Asset Management: Manage MEP and civil maintenance activities, track asset conditions, and oversee asset deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Control team mobilization and forecasting. Expertise in CAFM and Maximo software.

payable and receivable, and maintain cost control.
• Contractor Management: Effectively manage specialized service contractors for vertical transport, BMS, CMS, chilled water, security, FF&FA, waste management, landscape, housekeeping, and pest control. Manage renovation and enhancement projects.
• Team Building, Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor staff of 100+ engineers, supervisors, coordinators, storekeepers, and technicians to efficiently manage the contracts. Provide training and guidance to enhance team performance.
• Client Engagement: Maintain regular contact with the client, get clear expectations and deliverables, and find
opportunities for new work.
• Tender Document Assessment: Review RFP documents, perform site surveys, and estimate resource requirements for facility management and maintenance initiatives.
• Crises & Emergency Management: Develop a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for facility disruptions, implement emergency response protocols for fire and natural disasters, and conduct regular drills and the required training for the team.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure the facility's adherence to safety regulations and codes, conduct regular facility inspections to prevent accidents and hazards, and support tenants' needs to ensure their satisfaction.

• Facility Systems Handover and DLP Management: Led the handover of electro-mechanical systems for the
Radisson Hotel project. Managed the Defects Liability Period (DLP), addressing defects and ensuring timely
resolutions.
• Asset Register & Maintenance: Developed and maintained an asset register for all installed systems. Implemented a
preventive maintenance plan for HVAC, firefighting, electrical substations, and backup systems, ensuring optimal
performance.
• Operational Efficiency: Recognized for efficient project management, leading to long-term maintenance contracts
and smooth facility operations post-handover.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensured the full implementation of policies, safety rules, and regulations throughout
the projects.

• Electrical Works Execution: Led the execution and handover of electrical works for the Petro-Chemical
Conversion Complex-Chevron Phillips, including HV, MV, and LV substations, and comprehensive electrical and
low current systems.
• System Installation: Oversaw the installation of electrical systems across industrial plants, utility areas, and
various buildings, including network busways, underground power, control, and fiber optic cables.
• Compliance and Coordination: Ensured work compliance with project specifications, material submittals, and
IFC drawings. Coordinated with mechanical, civil, and architectural engineers to streamline project workflows.
• Reporting and Procurement: Managed material requests, submitted progress reports to the site manager, and
attended technical meetings with the project management team.
• Safety and Regulations: Maintained adherence to HSE requirements throughout the project.

• Electrical Works Completion: Completed electrical works for a residential compound, recreation center, spa, villa,
and school.
