•Perform the necessary first level troubleshooting to clear reported alarms/faults.
•Book and report alarms/faults in trouble tickets, and ensure proper escalations as per escalation matrix whenever necessary. MI-C3 Affectli & BMC Remedy tools experience .
•Coordinate and follow up with O&M stakeholders internally and externally to make sure that faults are resolved within contractual KPIs/SLAs .
•Support field teams for alarms/faults clearance as well as preventive maintenance and planned activities.
•Sites access tracking and control.
•Statistics/performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
•prepare daily, weekly and monthly NOC reports and provide reports analysis.
•Perform periodic system health checks.
•Ensure that all NOC processes and procedures are implemented.

• Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with internal and external customers and ensure the SLA standards are maintained.
• Weekly executive summary of the SLA measurement, program achievements and root cause analysis when SLA targets are not achieved
• Identifies faults, raise trouble tickets and provides resolution of complex problem requests.
• Ensure all alerts have been acknowledged and escalated as needed.
• Extensive experience with: Remedy, OWS and Net boss

• Installing new Ericsson RBSs for 2G 3G and LTE .
• Configuring and commissioning for 2G 3G and LTE.
• Working with Ericsson softwares ( moshell, EM, OMT ).
• Trouble shooting and maintenance for any issue in the site .
• Swapping old exiting Ericsson GSM units with new units ( Microwave, Antennas) .
• Using Site Master for checking exceeded VSWR limits and DTF.
• Reporting to the BSS coordinator regarding results of daily tasks.
• Microwave alignment.

• Survey to Install a new BTS site ( including IBS sites ) .
• Preparing BTS site documents (TSSR, PAT, etc.., ).
• Supervision for Civil Works during implementation .
• Execution, swapping and testing for the new equipments for 2G, 3G and LTE .
• Trouble shooting and maintenance for any issue in the site.
• Using Site Master for checking exceeded VSWR limits and DTF.
• Reporting to the team leader regarding results of daily tasks.
• Microwave alignment and integration for the new MW links.
