Key Responsibilities:
• Functioning as the Project Manager, IT Operations In-charge and Data Center & Security Systems Administrator for the SRCA Project, with focus on delivery of various requirements.
• Involved in the planning, structuring, development and implementation of security systems, face reading technology, UPS system, enterprise network, workstations and OnGuard application, for the client.
• Handling the in-house project responsibility of designing, installation and acceptance testing for the SRCA Main Center and 22 other branches.
• Spearheading the planning, scheduling and initiation of projects, with focus on appropriate alignment of resources and tasks, in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the board.
• Defining and deploying the project governance mechanism, which concentrates upon the supervision of overall project progress, SLA delivery and customer complaints.
• Managing end-to-end project implementation, right from scope definition to execution, while also providing post-implementation technical support.
• Assisting in conducting technical interview rounds, and selecting the right candidates for appointment to the project management team, in coordination with the HR Department.
• Planning, allocating and controlling project budgets, ensuring complete project delivery within pre-defined timelines, and providing optimum results to clients.
• Managing projects risks, identifying project gaps, reporting to the senior leadership team and enhancing operational workflows through positive process changes.

• AEC Data Center Project - Planning, implementation and support for Data Center at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and UPS System.
• EMDAD Project - Security, Networking and UPS System.
• STC Project - UPS Supply Development
• Shaqra & Hail Universities Project - Planning, designing and deployment of the University Networks and Security Systems
• Aramco Project - UPS System Implementation at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensured that the agreed Project Implementation Plan for every project was carried out with diligence and adherence to industry best project management practices.
• Followed-up on the PO consumptions and ensured that every project PO is consumed per design during the start-to-end implementation cycles.
• Conducted meetings with project team members on a regular / periodic basis to track the progress of all projects, streamline operations and suggest improvements in the execution part.
• Coordinated all efforts and movements of the team members for every project and managed project delivery in alignment with client requirements and the budgets provided.
• Reported to the Director and provided constant updates on the progress of al projects, discussed risks and problems, and sought consultancy to resolve crisis during the implementation stages.
• Led a team of sub-ordinate managers responsible for focusing on singular projects, collectively contributing to the achievement of program goals.
• Maintained administrative control over all project related tasks at client sites, to ensure operational efficiency throughout the implementation cycle.
• Interacted with clients, resolved their queries, addressed complains / escalations and delivered projects in a timely manner, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
