Set and Develop GRC and Quality Management System approach at TAWAL by applying Integrated Management System "IMS" to ensure all business operations are streamlined with international standards including ISO 9001 for QMS, ISO 22301 for BCMS and ISO 31000 for ERM to ensure achieving customer satisfaction, business continuity, and enterprise risk management by meeting stakeholder’s requirements through the application of the system.
Key Tasks/Achievements :
• Implemented a robust Governance framework for TAWAL in compliance with applicable regulations in KSA, including developing Policies, Processes and Guidelines
• Ensure clear accountability split among departments with adequate level of authority to meet business needs
• Oversee functions activities and ensure adherence with governance policies and best practices.
• Formulate and manage robust mechanism to identify and report conflict of interest; and ensure good practice of checks and balances are in place
• Identified and Managed risk through the risk register, and ensure comprehensive mitigation plan implemented for all key risks.
• Developed charters for both Risk Management Committee and Executive Crisis Management Committee, schedule committees meeting, set meetings agenda and share the MoMs.
• Developed and implemented a mature BCMS in TAWAL, including development of BIA, BC strategy and BCP
• Developed and implemented a mature Crisis Management system, including Crisis Management Policy, Framework, and Crisis Management and Communication Plan
• Performed Compliance activities across all sectors to ensure adherence to the approved Policies, Processes and applicable regulation
• Developed Quality Management approach including, Frameworks, Policies and Processes in alignment with TAWAL's IMS
The policies & Documentation management directorate is a part of Corporate Governance Management CGM.
Key Tasks include:
• Performed periodic reviews and improvements of stc corporate policies and Board Policies.
• Support in developing and enhancing the Authority Matrix
• Enact the approved authorities through policies
• Increase Policies integrity through alignment with applicable regulations.
• Developed and implemented Documentation standards in stc.
• Performed compliance activities to ensure documentation integrity
• Champion of Risk Management and Business Continuity for the Corporate Governance department
My experience in Operation and Business Unit also helped me think strategically and in a broader perspective.
Key Tasks/Achievements:
• Lead development & implementation of key/strategic processes
• Analyze and support Sector Quality Management (SQM) function in analyzing and developing required policies and processes based on the STC framework, standards and mythologies.
• Drive STC sectors in performing gap analyses to identify and develop missing policies and processes.
• Provide required support in facilitating and carrying out policies and process reviews and obtaining management approval from concerned owners.
Customized Solution department is part of EBU Marketing, responsible to develop customized solution based on business verticals.

• Drive development of solutions for Banking and Trade vertical, and lead the development of the following Solutions/services:
- stc proposals to CITC for CSP license.
- Service Level Agreement for IP-VPN
- Quality of Service for IP-VPN
- Develop and offered VPLS circuits for Key account clients.
- Develop Easy-Clinic solution to serve Healthcare sector
- Develop Compounds Services
- Develop PoS over GPRS to serve banking sector
- Develop AMR Solution for the trade sector
- Develop DLL emulation for military sector
- Develop Mobile PBX (concept and feasibility study) for Trade sector.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing projects from concept to completion

Network Operations General Directorate, Network Sector
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Supervise and participate in the development of Project Specifications and manage bid evaluations.
• Prepare project progress reports and develop recommendations for contractor performance improvements
• Manage O&M and Manpower contract administration including invoice processing,
• CV approval, performance etc.
• Manage documentation including equipment manuals, MOPs, PAT / FAT documents, as-built drawings, factory test results, etc for the whole Transmission Operations.
• Identify training requirements for Transmission Operations staff and coordinate with the Training Department for their optimum implementation.
• Manage contractual training obligations of the Contractors.
• Close out of Transmission Network O&M contract.
• Coach and support lower level staff.
