• Coordinating and leading a team of seven logistics employees including drivers, cleaners and admin oficer including planning their day to day work schedules and tasks.
• Worked with management to define the tasks of each admin and logistics employee and defined plans to monitor the quality of work & the eficiency of deliverables completed.
• Following up on all oficial transactions with a variety of authorities including tax authorities, Justice Court, Municipalities, Ministry of Foreign Afairs & General Security
• Support the initiations of purchases by preparing RFQs, reaching out to potential suppliers, preparing purchase orders & following up on invoices, payments and delivery.
