Direct and control all support services to ensure that they provide managers and staff with the level of support they require.
Monitor the performance of all support services to ensure that they operate to a high standard and to identify any areas of potential improvement.
Lead the development, timely and professional implementation, and or review of systems for each department/unit under Support Services to ensure they are aligned to set standards, responsive to internal and external customers, and are cost-effective.
Support the staff of the departments/units within Support Service with line management and leadership.
Develop all necessary procedures to ensure that all the bank's offices and equipment are maintained to a high standard and provide a safe and healthy working environment.
Mentor, coach and develop the capacity of Functional Leaders under Support Service into competent, accountable, and high-performance teams.
Direct and control the branch team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and that they achieve their objectives.
Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs. Ensure that the standards of Maintenance, Communication. Internet and Facilities measures are to the bank standards.
