1- Leads the design and development of program strategies and plans with the program
team.
2-Ensures the program teams are implementing program activities in line with donor requirements to achieve project outcomes.
3-Supports management team in developing project proposals for new projects.
4-Oversees the monitoring and evaluation (ME) and reporting system.
5-Identifies gaps and weaknesses in operations and develops solutions in close coordination with team.
6-Develops, with the support of Management and Finance team, the budgets and program documents for each pro-gram in line with donor requirements.
7-Leads the budget planning processes to ensure that program funds are expended according to procedures and plans.
8-Manages and oversees full team (program coordinator, program officer, business development specialist, instruct-tors, accountant, and social media/design specialist).
9-Ensures that the program team has a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities and accountabilities; sup-ported by clear job descriptions to ensure quality performance.
10-Meets with partners staff and community leaders to discuss program improvement as needed.

4-Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems.
1-Make a test on the internet speed and the voice clarity
and getup the cell ID and coordinates for all the places
we put LTE routers.
2-Develops project objectives by reviewing project
proposals and plans; conferring with management
3-Determines project specifications by studying product
design, customer requirements, and performance
standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost
estimates.
4-Controls project plan by reviewing specifications, and
plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
1-Gathers data/text from original forms or document and
prepares for input into Computerized system.
2- Maintain and reserve database of the server.
3- Deliver computer and programming services within all
departments in the center.
4- Hardware and software maintenance of computers and
laptops with wide knowledge.
4-Responsible for more than 200 customers in ADSL
companies (installation and maintain).
