• Handling internal communication letters related to new polices, to be translated in
both languages Arabic and English to be shared on organizational level.
• Manage new hiring Onboarding, by coordinating with requesting Managers to
design a weekly, Monthly or first quarter plan for settlement such as (Ergonomics,
ID, Emails, and meetings)
• Maintaining sound and updated employee's profiles on the system, by entering
new details provided or required by management. (Internal Communication)
• Provide an informal sequential training for either new hiring or existing
employees on the system on (How to use the company portal for HR services).
• Prepare YTD report on medical insurance employee list to be updated and shared
with the insurance company and make sure the policy has been provided as
requested.
• Prepare YTD report for shareholders on HR department performance and updates,
to be shared during the yearly meeting.
• Support HR department if needed either in recruiting, meetings, trainings and any
ads hocks required
Diploma in Typing
