Responsible for all Maintenance Activities (Mechanical, Electrical, general maintenance, Facilities maintenance) in 5 factories.
Roles:
• Implementing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximize operational availability of machine and equipment; conducting fault diagnosis, identifying root cause of failure, delineating jobs to be performed and methodology to be adopted and assigning work to the technicians to perform repairs/ servicing.
• Mapping maintenance pattern of various electrical equipment and maintaining reasonable inventory of spares to meet breakdown needs; meticulously keeping maintenance records and deftly using them as references to work out quick break down solutions.
• Responsible for scheduling and carrying out maintenance, breakdown maintenance and handling the spare parts management; achieving reduction in breakdown incidences with deft implementation of preventive and proactive maintenance; implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Planning the execution of maintenance activity, observing standard procedures for maintenance and considerably reduced down time; preparing documents regarding maintenance history of machines & using it as useful reference to resolve future maintenance issues.
• Responsible for Installation, repairing, calibrating and maintenance of all process control, mechanical related equipment through the coordination of maintenance teams including controllers, transmitters and static measuring device; preparing and maintaining detailed records of inspection, maintenance and repair work carried out on mechanical equipment and mechanical systems.
• Executing the production plan and achievement of production targets & introducing productivity improvement plans; ability to identify potential bottlenecks and deviations; and implement corrective actions to ensure that production targets are met within stipulated time and budget constraints.
