- Analyze regularly the Preventive maintenance procedures to optimize the reaction times and /or find efficient solution procedures to faults.
- Monitor the logistics activity/process to ensure the continuous availability of spare parts for Corrective maintenance and the timely return of faulty spare parts to customer.
- Ensure the availability of ancillaries for field work.
- Ensure the Drive test is conducted according to the customer requests an d plans
- Ensure that minimum escalations are raised by the customer and attend to operation problems before being escalated by customer.
- Ensure the timely execution of other FLM tasks such as Physical Changes, Acceptance, audit, Cutover, …
- Manage the teams and enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Apply and promote among employees the company rules regulations processes and procedures
- Manage available resources and equipment and prepare recommended list for tools and spare parts to comply the capacity of the network.
- Coordinate & improve the relations with the vendors & customer, and find best solutions to solve the work problems.
