- Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress.
- To comprehensively study the relevant international standards / local
regulations / standards and practices and adopt the same applicable.
 To prepare "As-Built Drawings" and O & M Manuals.
 Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for subcontract works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
- Carryout necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.
- To plan and timely arrange any special unloading / storage requirements, in co ordination with Construction Manager and Project Director
- Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.
- Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.
- Ensuring that all information / drawings are issued / conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner and details produced are in compliance to the requirement.
- Follow up with subcontractor for delivery of material on time.

5. Dismantle, pack and ship some second hand equipment from ex-Nestle factory in Europe to re-install its at Iran.

7. Meeting with the suppliers for discussing the tenders and barging the prices.
8. Release the purchase orders of all the required equipment (Machinery and Tools), inspect and test its in the suppliers premises before the shipment.
9. Survey the local suppliers at Iran to check the quality and the prices of the raw and packaging materials.
10. Conducting some establishment at Iran which have a potential to construct the mechanical and electrical works in the project.
11. Manage and control the Capital Investment Budget through special software of Project Management.
