- Depth Study of Design & Shop drawings, specifications and provide technical clearance to subordinates such as site engineers / site foremen.
- Follow up with consultant for material / subcontractors submittal and approval on time in coordination with main contractors/consultants/clients.
- Timely submission of clarification if found any variance with drawings and actual site condition.
- Produce sufficient data for Variation Orders and timely communicate to client in coordination with General Manager / Contract / Estimation section.
- Responsibilities of managing the all Managers/Engineers/Sub-contractors and shall cover complete MEP systems.
Governance and oversight of all project activities and assigned work responsibilities to site engineers and foremen.
- Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering /coordination and implementation / execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress.
- To comprehensively study the relevant international standards / local
regulations / standards and practices and adopt the same applicable.
To prepare "As-Built Drawings" and O & M Manuals.
Prepare schedule of work / Bill of Material and float the enquiries for subcontract works/ Materials /Systems as per the contract specifications and drawings.
- Carryout necessary follow-ups with vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors for timely execution / delivery of the ordered items.
- To plan and timely arrange any special unloading / storage requirements, in co ordination with Construction Manager and Project Director
- Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of works are in accordance with the acceptance criteria, specifications, approved materials and methods of installation approved for the project.
- Efficient planning and optimum utilization of Material and Manpower.
- Ensuring that all information / drawings are issued / conveyed to the workforce in a proper manner and details produced are in compliance to the requirement.
- Follow up with subcontractor for delivery of material on time.
- Attend all weekly management/consultant/main contractor/client meeting and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays
Handle and manage all the company projects (Construction, Electro-Mechanical, and services), In charge of every department within the company. Also:
- Keep a close eye on a company's finances, coming up with new ways to generate income, as they are responsible for the bottom line.
- Interview and hire lower-level managers and make sure all employees understand company policy and guidelines, as well as its overall mission.
- Act as the face of the organization.
- Make sure morale stays high and employees work as a team.
- Direct, manage and monitor all the company’s projects development.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve projects goals, and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary
Directing and managing the operations of all projects in KSA in terms of Construction: infrastructure, sub-structure, super structure, and landscaping, process machines purchasing, installing and commissioning, Central utilities networks and machineries purchasing, installing & commissioning. Report directly to the President/CEO.
I was handling one of the main projects in Rabigh (Industrial Complex including its Facilities, Support Utilities and Communities Areas) : 265’000 m2 & Multi Millions Saudi Riyal projects which consist of five major plants plus utilities and facilities requirements, and responsible of full construction lifecycle pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
Directed and managed the Plants Engineering and Facilities Management of five main cable manufacturing factories:
• Copper Plant.
• Wooden Reel Plant
• Plastic Compounding Plants
• High &Medium Voltage Cable Plant.
• Low Voltage Cable Plant.
- Developed and implemented policies, processes, procedures and guidelines for the following Services/Activities: a) Services, b) Transportation and Fleet, c) Health, Safety, Security & Environment.
- Participated in the Operations Management Team meetings and contributed in enriching the discussions, plans, programs, actions, etc.
Participated & contributed to other Teams, Regional support and Committees.
- Provided support to other Departments / Sections.
- Ensured the delivery of professional, convenient & cost effective services to the customers.
- Managed the Admin Department Staff including their performance, Career Development, progression, etc. and provided challenging, motivating and enjoying working environment and time.

New Infant Formula Factory in Iran 140’000 m2, 65 Million US$
1. Establish the concept of that project including the original estimation budget and the capacity
2. Design with specialists the Dry Process and filling lines.
3. Develop the flow sheets and layouts of the project.
4. Prepare the P&ID, process description, and functional description for the automation.
5. Dismantle, pack and ship some second hand equipment from ex-Nestle factory in Europe to re-install its at Iran.
6. Define the technical specification for the required equipment.
7. Meeting with the suppliers for discussing the tenders and barging the prices.
8. Release the purchase orders of all the required equipment (Machinery and Tools), inspect and test its in the suppliers premises before the shipment.
9. Survey the local suppliers at Iran to check the quality and the prices of the raw and packaging materials.
10. Conducting some establishment at Iran which have a potential to construct the mechanical and electrical works in the project.
11. Manage and control the Capital Investment Budget through special software of Project Management.

1. Designing and execution Plastic Injection Molding and Metal Casting Mould.
2. Co-Operate with Syrian branch of SGS Redwook (Swiss Company) for Calibrate the big fuel tanks, and I made a computer program to calculate the results.
3. Studding, executing and Supervising Central Heating and Air Conditioning and Sanitary projects.
4. Programming computer for Technological Engineering subjects, that I had put till now rather twenty-five programs.
