I have passed to ADNOC Drilling Co. As a chief mechanic from March 3, 2019
Job title: Senior project engineer.
Responsibilities:
-planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Include schedule preparation and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project.
- Ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants.
- Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables.
- Monthly project status reports and change orders.
- Increased technicians’ and operators motivation.
- Design and fabrication.
- Implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
- Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques
- Managed maintenance, repair & troubleshooting of production line and workshop, mechanical Equipment including compressors, pumps & piping (utilities).
- prepared and managed the spare parts credit and budget.
- Increased technicians’ motivation by redesigning improving workshop facilities.
- Control the distribution of the repair tasks.
- Ensure that all identified jobs are completed & the machine has been checked and tested.
to control the flow of the work through the maintenance department, ensuring the all the machines working in good case without issues and downtime, ensure the maximum utilize of the two production lines.
