2. Procedure Development: I took the initiative to develop and meticulously maintain detailed installation and configuration procedures. This not only streamlined the onboarding process for new servers but also ensured consistency and minimized the risk of errors.
3. System Standards and Innovation: I actively contributed to the establishment and maintenance of system standards, promoting a uniform and secure IT environment. Additionally, I continuously researched innovative and, whenever possible, automated approaches to system administration. By identifying and implementing such approaches, I enhanced system efficiency and achieved notable cost savings.
4. Proactive Monitoring: I conducted daily system monitoring for all servers and network devices, allowing me to detect and address potential issues promptly.
