• I have a very good experience and knowledge of DD
work, worked with Rotary Steerable and mud motors,
DD field work (Sliding, Rotary, Orientation, Hydraulics,
Torque and Drag, Compass & MaxBHA, and drilling
parameters), and different BHA designs (including
Kickoff BHA, Hold BHA, Build & drop BHA).
•Jobs including; Whipstock Sidetracks, Cement Plug
Sidetracks, Higher KOP, shallow KOP, Correction runs,
S. shape wells, Build -Hold wells, Build -Hold - Build
wells.
•Management of LWD/MWD operations, including personnel, tools, yard and customer handling.
•Preparation for the job, pre-job meetings and DOS, Preparation of tools in the yard required for the job, supervising the field engineers for operation needs and technical support.
•Attending customers meeting, contacting customers for jobs, and handling customers final job tickets.

• I was a senior hand of the LWD crew that participated
in drilling the deepest well in Egypt “BG - NOTUS-1”
a HPHT well in the Mediterranean Sea.
• Also I worked as senior LWD Engineer with BP in many
projects and Wells in the Mediterranean Sea, deep
water, and HPHT wells as “Atoll-1”, the Longest well in
the Mediterranean Sea.
• Excellent Directional Drilling experience & knowledge.
• Very Good Knowledge with Mud Reports and Mud System.
Ras Bdran field: Revision on the petroleum facilities and an introduction to the gas plant and LPG plant. Learning the components of the offshore platforms, understanding ESP and gas lift systems. Watching a workover Job (ESP maintenance Job) on the offshore platform.
Head office and yard - Cairo: Learning about the new methods and techniques in Directional Drilling Engineering (Rotary Steerable system or RSS), Understanding how the Well Planning Software works and how to use it. Watching and understanding the assembling and the disassembling of the RSS motors in the yard and understanding the function of each part.
Head office and yard - Cairo: Understanding directional drilling motor theory and types, learning the components of the mud motors and their types, Introduction to LWD and MWD tools and techniques. Learning the function and components of LWD and MWD tools.
Western Desert fields: Resided on several rigs, Learning about most of the drilling operations; observed cement Job and revised the cement calculations, casing Job, mud operations, viewed directional drilling tools, the Mud logging tools, and the location of the sensors on the rig.
Head office and yard - Cairo: Introduction to Directional drilling Engineering; including directional drilling motor types, directional drilling tools, LWD and MWD, well planning software, and observing most of the directional drilling tools and motor in the yard
