• تحديد قوائم العمل المطلوب والحفاظ على التكلفة
• كتابة اوامر الشراء للخامات و مراجعة مخزن الخامات
• تحديد هدف الادارة التى اعمل معها والتعاون مع كافة الادارات

مسؤول عن توجيه الخبازين في كل جوانب الإنتاج، ومراقبة التكاليف، واستكمال المخزون وطلبات المواد الغذائية، ادارة وتدريب الموظفين المخبوزات ، الاشراف على إنتاج الخبز في جميع المراحل، وضمان جودة الأغذية وفقا للمعايير والحفاظ على النظافة الشاملة في مناطق العمل والمعدات ، الاهتمام بتنوع البوفيهات خصوصا بوفية الافطار بما يتناسب مع جميع اذواق الضيوف من كافة الجنسيات
