• Participation in data Modeling and services design.

• Project management for Online and E-commerce .

• Participation in design and implementation of Cloud project in Vodafone Egypt.
• The migration of current E-commerce solution to cloud environment.
• Vendor Management (Contract agreement, Regular meeting to review performance against SLA )
• Participation in Web/Retail Projects (Disaster Recovery, End to End project, Mobile number exta digit project, Internet bill browsing enhacement, Cloud computing implementation).
• Organize Customer touch point meeting to discuss services availbilty/ KPIs.
• Coaching and monitoring junior team members.
• Recommending design/processes enhancement for vodafone Online-Ecommerce servcies.
My responsibilities include:
• Planning, design and delivery of Vodafone Online, E-Commerce and mobile applications.
• The Owner of Vodafone Egypt E-Shop, corporate website.
• Project management for Online & E-commerce and retail serveries.
• Meet clients to understand the software requirements of the project
• Vendor Management
• Organize Customer touch point meeting to discuss projects status.
• Design solution architecture for online solutions.
• Integration between online, E-Commerce and mobile solutions and backed systems.
• Ensure applying security standards on Vodafone Online services.
• Providing 24/7 2nd line of support for Vodafone web applications and its related data cycles (data loading cycles, billing cycles) also for Vodafone stores application.
• Web/application server administration/maintenance. “apache, IIS, jboss, weblogic, websphere”.
• Managing the applications deployments and their depenecies.
• Coordinating with operations team, Systems team, Database Administrators, data security, infrastructure, IT development and vendors for support and deployments activities.
• Following up on system bugs reported from business users with IT Development teams till being fixed.
• Capacity planning activities.
• Proposing change in application design and new enhancements.
• Handling trouble tickets from customer operations to solve customer problems.

• Developing health checks (tools and scripts on windows/unix environment) to monitor supported applications.

• Providing 24*7 support for billing system (integrated billing system) used by AT&T and sprint communication companies.
• Working as a Bill Generation Subject Matter Expert.
• Rresponsible for maintaining Bill Generation cycles.
• Developing bug fixes for the system using C under unix.
• Developing monitoring tool using shell scripting.
