Managing HR department in Group of companies; Classical Palace (Fit-out Company specialized in interior design, architectural and landscape), Zubarah Hotels and Resorts & Florence Gallery. Managing a team of 7 direct members and 5 indirect members looking after all HR functions. Key accountabilities are:

• Maintain and control the cost of PR section to complete employee different transactions like entry visa, medical examination, residence, permit, and exit permit, etc.
• Tracking expiry date of visit visas and residence permits to avoid any additional cost to company.
