Built successful hygiene programmes based on techniques such as atmospheric monitoring and noise surveys to provide ongoing worker support
Continue to improve Safety and Security Systems, performance and training of personnel by setting targets, providing resources, and routinely measuring and monitoring our safety and security performance
Ensure that an effective Safety, Health and Environment Policy is enforced across the company
Ensure that accidents receive prompt investigation and reporting and corrective action taken
Regular inspection of plant facilities, work procedures, operating conditions, processes and tools to ensure that HSE standards and guidelines are being adhered
Supporter safety measures on non-ionizing radiations for potential exposure responds to and investigates job site accidents and injuries
Incident investigation and Reporting
Hazard identification and Risk assessment (HIRA)
Conduct HSE KPIs and Monthly meeting
Developing Safety Training Modules, Safety Induction, Safety Orientation, Tool box talk and Safety Awareness Program
Lead the group to organize tasks among team members*
