Branding Skills

 Ensure that staff develops the skills and qualities required to deliver and develop the retail platform function and maintain high standards of service.
 Attends trade shows and industry association meetings. Provides product feedback and customer comments to marketing teams.
 Responsible for all activities ordering, commercial negotiations and delivery chasing concerned with purchasing goods (Textile, shoes, etc.).
 Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of garments, by negotiating cost prices, ordering new garments, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork.
 Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
 Analyzing previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines.


Operation Skills

 Ensure that all staff and stores adhere to compliance requirements in relation to operational activity and company policies and procedures.
 Manage the operational activities for all retail units such as maintenance, utilities and repairs.
 Lead managers to ensure that all staff are positively motivated and that poor performance is addressed using the appropriate method.
 Attend and contribute to regular shops sales and operations meetings in order to build effective communication a cross the shops.

Merchandising Skills
