Responsible and accountable for directing, leading and organizing business in the construction industry through customize and implement the sales and marketing strategies that lead to sustainable, profitable and competitive positioning of our new UPVC & WPC products in the Eastern region market and developing new lines of sales regarding opening solutions field ( i.e.: steel gates, rolling shutters, façade cladding ... etc. )
• Developed and implemented a new sales strategy that focused on increasing market share and increasing profitability within the first year by 20%.
• Lead and motivated a sale team to achieve sales goals, ( i.e.: territory & time plans, established and maintained relationships with key customers, analyzed feedback and developed strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales team on the daily activities to comply with the market technical needs by providing the vendor prequalification, submittals, compliance, Data sheets & technical comparison documents.
• Analyzed competitor activities and developed strategies to counteract their efforts, resulting in increased market share and customer retention.
• Support the development of pricing strategy in conjunction with other departments in our company including operations, logistics, marketing and finance.
• Increasing Home View external profile through the website and other marketing tools by continuous & intensive work on developing the website content & other promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects and engineers through holding regular meetings, technical presentations & seminars, technical consultation and support.
