Member of the DNA team of replacement the core-banking system to T24 responsible on the following services :

- ATM channels
- Debit card application
- Credit card interface
- pre-paid module
- segmentation
- reconciliation
- ATM controlling and switch management :
responsibility on all operational, technical and administration for the ATMs and ATM switch.

card management and administration :
- Card application management issuing and troubleshooting ( debit - card, credit card, pre-paid card, VIP cards, .....)

ATM section head with all responsibility
managing Budget, invoices, purchasing maintenance contract.


Projects

project manager and technical leader for many projects like :

- ATM switch replacement.
- MC EMV issuing and acquiring certification.
- visa acquiring certification.
- Pre-paid system
- Card replacement.

Currently working in many projects like :

- Bill payment services
- Coor-banking integration with ATM switch.
- Card instant issuing.
- Palestine ATM driving and managing through our switch in Jordan

New Services :

I am a member of a committee who are working on improving the E-channel services in general and ATM services specially .
