Highlights:
• In charge of the development of all existing digital assets (websites, mobile apps, YouTube channels, Video On Demand Platforms (VODs) to enhance UI and UX with the objective of increasing traffic to maximize revenues. It’s worth mentioning that the top 5 news websites in Egypt are part of Promomedia Digital assets portfolio.
• Introducing new digital products and services to the Egyptian market (i.e. Digital Programmatic media buying, digital native advertising)
• Introducing new technologies to the channels we represent (TeN TV NETWORK, El HayaH and ON TV) and this includes virtual reality, 3D projection mapping, virtual brand integration and virtual product placement on both on air live broadcasting and off air as well with an emphasis on sports and news such as touch graphics, telestration, virtual placement and player tracking.
• Leading revamping and rebranding projects for 2 of our major channels (TeN & ON TV) and subsequently in charge of the brands management (Brand creative development, Brand strategy and positioning, on air and off air graphics implementation and this includes online implementation as well)).
• Further more, my responsibilities include the management of all related suppliers to the projects: Technology, creative and content suppliers such as Chyron Hego, Red Bee, white light (previously Shock Solutions), SNTV and IMG, Opta, Stats...etc
• Also my spectrum incorporates attending conferences related to media and broadcast technology, software, TV and Online content such as Sportel (Monaco), Sportcal, MIP TV and MIPCOM (Cannes).
