- Processes payrolls in line with payroll running timetable, including calculation and manual input
- Prepare monthly forecast of cash flow and according to budget and advice salaries forecast
- Processes the social Insurance Deduction, validating what is identical to the insurance Office by reviewing the form1 and form6 with administrative affairs
- Control loans and calculate overtime for every location with own policies
- Keep abreast with labor laws and taxation developments
- Process the employee salary for new hire, increases, allowances, Commission, and deductions
- Stop the salaries of the staff who have problem with the legal affairs
- Delivering payments timely and Responsible for reviewing the salaries before release it
- Providing various reports of the departments concerned (higher management - human resources - personnel affairs)
- Manage overall all issue related to the payroll functions including payroll taxes and refunds, bonuses, benefits, incentives and prepare monthly statement.
- Preparation of payroll payslips and sent to the branches and the factories
- Preparing monthly invoices to the outsourcing companies
- Make suggestions to resolve the problems related to administration and human resources.
- Preparing reports in line with the payroll timetable

- Communicate with the outsources companies, and banks to follow staff salaries, and fast resolving to any problem if any.
- Maintain employee records, and Support employees about payroll matters and Benefit plans
- Responds to any queries received by employees (phone calls or emails) and escalates if necessary
- Being conversation with the other department managers to face any changes in company policy
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager from time to time.
