(1) Organization Development Work:-
1.Develop and prepare various policies and procedures with department heads and communicate them with all employees to ensure their full awareness.
2.Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
3.Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees etc
4.Make job analysis to serve companies objectives.
5.Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments.
6.Put the Monthly HR budget and work on Achieve HR budget goals and requirements
(2) Personal & Payroll Work:-
1.Responsible for all personnel activities ( Vacation Balance, Social insurance, Medical insurance, Form 1, 6, 2, and tracking employees attendance)
2.Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
3.Responsible for contracts issuance & renewal including all government related issues.
4.Track and update employees attendance records (punching in/out, vacations, personal time off, holiday tracks)
5.Advising on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits; administer payroll and maintain staff records
6.Updating and maintaining payroll records.
7.Calculation and processing of termination payments..
8.Processes payroll distribution, direct & indirect.
9.Sets up and reconciles payroll deductions, prepares reports,
10.Researches, analyzes and resolves payroll-related problems or questions.
(3)Performance Management Work:-
1.Closely partners with Managers to effectively communicate expectations, develop talent, and administer performance improvement plans when necessary
2.Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers based on the development plan of the employees and co-ordinate the training calendar.
3.Responsible to approve the monthly performance appraisal results, and report to the Managers for approval.
4.Responsible to communicate the 360 Performance semiannual “attitude- professional” with the Managers and staff
5.Conduct 1 to 1 meeting with the evaluator and the evaluated employees in the end of year appraisal
6.formulated by all departments, and propose the improvement suggestions on annual performance management solutions
7.Report the performance appraisal results of all departments, and calculate the performance wage;
(4) Recruitment Work:-
1.Developing HR planning strategies with line managers by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements
2.Manage Recruitment Cycle from creating job posts until recruitment.
3.Maintain a list of company job vacancies and requirements.
4.Maintain an updated queue of job candidates of each company job.
5.Discover and cooperate with new recruitment channels and agencies.
6.Prepare, manage and carry out job interviews.
7.Manage and supervise technical evaluation of job candidates.
(5) Training Work:-
1.Ensure the achievement of the desired behaviors from training courses by conducting coaching sessions after team leaders’ workshops to bring measurable values by enhancing the team leaders’ leadership behaviors
2.Contribute in conducting internal training sessions; such as, Company Engagement program, new hires orientation, internal awareness sessions to increase business awareness
3.Seek out new and more effective training techniques, suggest and lead enhancements to existing training programs to maintain the desired quality standards.
4.Cooperate with the training team and following-up with them in developing internal training processes to ensure meeting the required standards
5.Prepare knowledge tests, self-assessments, questionnaires and surveys to determine the specific areas of development with different program
