RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure respecting the project master schedule by ensuring the delivery of project objectives.
• Supervise and lead engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve the project goal, budget, and schedule.
• Place purchase orders to the selected suppliers and subcontractors (according to the scope volume and type of the project) after negotiating the terms and conditions to guarantee the success of the project, the project profitability, and the complete transfer of risk.
• Ensure efficient documentation and transfer of all client requirements and technical requests avoiding any future misalignment in the project output.
• Ensure proper organization, planning, and controlling (follow-up) of the project phases and activities.
• Prepare the O & M Manual & framed instructions for Systems.
• Prepare preliminary studies for project feasibility to support decision-making.
• Study tender documents identifying the project scope of work, equipment schedule, and service requirements for each project.
• Identify project risk and carry on the necessary analysis and risk management.
• Prepare the equipment specifications and review them with the manufacturers.
• Prepare quotation requests, obtain supplier quotations, and recommend awarding of the equipment purchase orders.
• Construct an optimized, comprehensive, and complete technical and commercial offer increasing the company's chances of securing the potential project.
• Familiarity with international codes (ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API, NFPA), etc.
• Supervises monitors and coordinates the maintenance work of mechanical & in a different military site located in Cairo & its suburbs.

Design, construction and equipping of two road tunnels, 2.6 km and 2.8 km of total length, including cut and cover sections and complementary structures -the two-tube tunnel of internal Dia 8.4 m are bored with slurry pressure TBM-excavated Dia 9.40 m length, 1.742 m X 2=3.484 m.

Quality Control phase:
To supervise the following activities as part of the EL-Azhar Road Tunnel Project handing over to the end-user (*National Tunnel Authorities).
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of the Ventilation System.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of Diesel Generators plant.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of Elevators.
• Installation and inspection testing of Fire Fighting System.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of the HVAC System.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of the Plumbing System.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of Heating System.
• Installation, Inspection, and testing of Fuel System.
Batching Plants, Procurement & logistics phases:
• To ensure respecting the project master schedule by ensuring the delivery of adequate supply (Quality & Quantity) of concrete in time and according to the project requirement as indicated by planning Department forecasts.
• To optimize the inventory of different raw materials (Cement, Aggregates, Admixtures…etc.) improving the profitability of the project.
• To ensure proper allocation of supplied quantities to the different sites of the project to facilitate cost allocation for the cost control department.
• To Supervise and manage a vast transportation network (6 cement trailers - Banana Trucks, 20 Truck mixers, 2 fixed concrete pumps, 2 mobile concrete pumps, and 6 loaders) plus a huge, subcontracted number of trucks to transfer the raw materials from Cement factories to Silos to Batching plants and finally to sites.
• To guarantee the high performance of the patching plant equipment (Two Batching plants BETP with 72 cubic meters per hour normal capacity and two other plants ELBA with 100 cubic meters per hour normal capacity) by carrying out the routine maintenance programs and any repairs required. Also to be responsible for dismantling/transportation/ re-allocation of the Batching plant equipment as per the project requirements.
• To establish a control system to monitor the inputs and outputs of each Batching plant and the consumption of each site from each plant.
• To maintain a good relationship with suppliers and at the same time to make sure that each item has more than one qualified supplier.
• To participate and guarantee the easy flow of work between the project's different departments.
Accomplishments:
• To be one of the first local employees to hold this post replacing expatriates.
In 2001, we celebrated the production of One million and five hundred thousand cubic meters. With the highest monthly concrete production rate achieved in the Middle East.
The company was established to cover the needs of the local market of welded steel pipes, later the company started to export its products to USA, Italy, Germany, Cyprus, India, Puerto-Ricco, and most Arab countries. The company has the ISO
9002 certificate for production of welded steel pipes, and an API 5L certificate to produce petroleum pipes.
Responsibility:
• To supervise the production line of assembling the diferent Steel pipes products (Round cross section, square cross section, diferent cross section area…etc.).
• Optimizing the consumption of raw materials leads to increasing the profitability of the company.
• To ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that the correct material is supplied on time and in accordance with the customer requirements and meeting the company quality standards. Leading to maintaining and improving the positioning of the company in the market.
Accomplishments:
Re-design the production shifts to maximize the workforce output and minimize the operating time. The result was a significant decrease in the operating expenses and increased the overall profitability of the company.
