• Manage legal matters pertaining to the company according to detailed internal policy and regulation.
• Provide a variety of general corporate and commercial legal management services internally.
• Provide legal advice for all the different departments within the company.
• Review and/or draft the contract templates for the company.
• Take part in transaction/agreement negotiation.
• Procure the Legal Compliance respecting the local laws of UAE and which includes but without limitation to corporate employee
