▪ Providing configuration for SAP modules.

▪ Develop and improve processes related to maintenance and support for the SAP Landscape, including environment refreshes, releases, client administration, and transport management
▪ Partner with Global Infrastructure Services in implementation and operations of approved infrastructure
▪ Provide operational support to ensure availability and performance of our systems and implement proactive improvement measures
▪ Lead communications and ensure business continuity in critical production scenario by initiating problem management process and root cause analysis
▪ Handle system related technical issues and get engaged as needed in critical events
▪ Deep SAP technical expertise to guide project planning, prioritization, troubleshooting and resolution of complex SAP technical issues
▪ Maintain design documents and ensure alignment with IS architecture, Security and other meaningful groups
▪ Drive effective decision making within the team, including communication of decisions to appropriate partners
▪ Supervision and talent development by mentoring, coaching for success, establishing performance expectations, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness
• Responsible for delivering full key user training of the HR Areas including ( Personnel Master Data, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, Time Management, and Payroll)
• Requirements analysis, conducting workshops, prepares blueprint documentation like business process models.
• Providing configuration for HCM including (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Recruitment, Training and Event management and Organizational Management).
• Develop integrated and documented solution through cycles using Standard training templates.
• Deliver basic SAP skills training to the business super users/ testers.

• Preparing Statistical Reports ( Organizational Structure, Training courses, Qualifications, salaries, Employees attendances and absences)
Supervise end user training which conducted by the key users

• Update material after reviews and end user feedback
• Full Life Cycle SAP HR and/or Payroll Implementation Projects.

- Build, Implement, Integrate and maintain Sybase and PowerBuilder applications including different function/consoles projects and operation support (configuration, Service Level Management, CRM, Knowledge Management and Accounting) - both backend and frontend support.
- Using Sybase database management system (DBMS) For Creating, Editing, manage Database.
- Maintaining the availability of the applications and their hosted servers (on Azure platform).
- Troubleshooting and fixing database related issues.
- Executing standard requests for database operations.
- Performing all possible technical troubleshooting steps to solve the problems and service requests on our ERP.
- Checking the FTP Server to do replication between all branches.
- Solving the user/groups access issues the different sections on the applications.

• Receive the original manuscript from the Content Production System (CPS) to start its processing
• Receive the XML files from the Reference and Tables-Markup teams and figures from Graphics team then convert the manuscript format from MS Word to PDF format to be in the publication format
• Revise the converted manuscript and compare it with the original one in the word format to guarantee the consistency and assure that the converted file is formatted according to the company’s style
• Send the manuscript to the Proofreading, Copyediting, Graphics and the Markup Tables teams to add their corrections on the manuscript
Upload the finalized manuscript on the CPS to be sent to the author after being approved by the Team Leader
• Deal with XML file effectively and troubleshot any problems that stop the converter
• Deal with Tex latex files and convert them to Word files
Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about Internet services;
Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, IPTV, VOIP and more;
Research required information using available resources;
Follow standard processes and procedures;
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Redirect problems to appropriate resource;
Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business;
