as a Technical Support Engineer, I am responsible for daily work flow in the warehouse by the system ( ILS) and responding to all calls related to IT and Network.
also, I am responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining MICROS system for STARBUCKS stores as main operations and trading system.
Responsible for the servers (AD-SQL-Exchange-Storage…)
Manage the local network and monitor the daily traffic in/out
Responsible for Microsoft Dynamic AX system
Responsible for HR and Finger Print System.
Supervise and guide the help desk team on the daily tasks.
manage and supervise IT team, and instruct them to keep the services up and running.
Manage the company Network, lead the help desk team to insure the perfect troubleshooting and keep the line of business up and running.
Resident Systems Engineer at Zumorroda Leasing & Financing Co. acting as IT Manager.
• Mange the tasks associated to the maintenance and administration of the company wide network like upgrading, repairing, monitoring, backups, etc.
• Insure and improve network security.
• Continuously monitor the main server of the company network to verify accurate working of the same on a periodic basis.
• Administer the accessibility as per the norms established by the departmental policies.
• Implement policy changes in the system.
• Manage company local network and the branch network.
• Monitor the main applications on the company servers.( Track & GP)
• Monitor all the switches.
• Manage users and computers hardware and software to help and support users technically.
• Ensure the backup of the company network resources.
• Update all software and hardware with latest upgrades.
• Configure and mange the servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Maintain effective communication with all staff to keep the management informed on all the critical operational / functional issues related to the network.
