Oversee day to day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing, following up, and
customer updating. To meet very aggressive network availability, And to ensure
being always beyond the SLA.
Manage communication flow of trouble tickets among various departments,
NOC, SLM, FLM….
Develop, refine, and document NOC policies, processes, procedures, and
associated systems requirements and drive their implementation and use.
Analyzing daily network availability and incident reports.
Auditing DB components to ensure consistency among the different systems.

*Coordinating between service provider Huawei, STC and customer to achieve successful smooth implementation.
*Guiding implementation teams to follow and adhere agreed processes.

*Tracing, analyzing, troubleshooting and handling 2G/3G network/system incidents.
*Evaluate BSC/RNC CPU load and make rebalancing or request expansion.
*Check OSS/BSC/RNC servers performance and evaluate available resources.
*Performing periodic network backup.
*Auditing sites Type/Config/Labels t---homogenize different systems with the design.
*Prepare remote PMR tests and follow required process for MS payment certificates.
*Providing required technical support for FLM, NOC and R&D teams.
*Attending agreements, procedures and problems discussion meetings.
*Cross vendors coordination.
*Handling different systems required by customer GATS/RTTS/NPTS/CM
*Generate global network reports such:
---Sites configuration.
---Sharing sites.
---Contingency plan.
---CPU mapping.
---Seasons preparation plans presentation.

*Check and clear network QoS alarms.
*Implementing overall system parameters/configurations changes. Such, neighbors add/del/audit. Optimization parameters. IP network and ground configurations...etc.

---BSC/RNC/NodeB migration.
---Appling NR/LAC splitting.
---Software Upgrade.

*Sites acceptance and declaration.
*Enabling new features by collecting required information and modifying configurations and performing required tests.
*Service recovery in case of emergence disasters (remarkable achievement had done in recovering STC ZTE related services in Khames Mushit exchange fire incident 8 Jun 2014).
*Last four months worked as Performance management in same project. Was responsible for Optimization and KPI troubleshooting and analyzing. Generating different performance reports.

*Responsible for overall planning and implementing major Motorola activities such:
---LAC splitting.
---PCU (Packet Control Unit) load sharing.
---RAN Expansion projects.
---BSC/RXCDR Software modification or upgrade using CSFP.

*Performing database parameter changes requested by optimization team for all network levels, Cell, Site, NodeB, BSC, and RNC using GUI or MML commands.
*Preparing DB scripts using UNIX tools or MS Excel to help in execution of the large amount of changes.
*Reviewing reports, tickets (incidents) and raised comments before sending to the customer.
*Addition, deletion and modification of 2G and 3G internal, external and proxy neighbor relations.
*Implementing NodeBs Broad Band upgrade.
*Preparing Database for BTSs, NodeBs, PCUs RXCDRs and BSCs.
*2G/3G network elements SW upgrade.
*Troubleshooting X25/OM links through Cisco routers.
*Updating system backup copies, including OS, PM, and CM backup.
