Follow-Up work at the sites & evaluated all construction progress and prepared detailed weekly progress reports.
• Working with Project Management Applications (PRIMAVERA ®, MS Project ®...etc) • Co-ordinate all project work packages (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) with responsible subcontractors.
• Processing - Material Submittals.
• Reviewed design specifications and drawings to ensure high quality project execution.
• Planning & Control - Manpower, Material & required timing for the projects.
• Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and finalizing the invoices of the finished works
• Finalizing the project handover with the owner representative.
