Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to selecting across several corporate functions. Review, analyze and advise Group Recruitment on hiring trends and changes relevant to candidates’ career interests, talents, and supplies.

Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholder to identify hiring needs, frameworks, and strategic direction. Create and maintain positive relationships with selected candidates to improve the company’s employer branding and proactively build talent pool. Liaise with Learning & Development department, as well as educational institutions to arrange recruitment events, summer programs and short internships.

Currently I look after all the Corporate Functions divisions except Digital & IT - These are Corporates Logistics, Finance, Human Resources, Property, Audit & Safety, and CEO Office.

Achievements: Rolling out a new project “Train the Recruiter” to upskill the current Recruiters with tailored learning courses sourced from various MOOCs platform (e.g., Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Future Learn and CIPD’s Knowledge Hub).

I have been nominated as an “Engagement Ambassador” to come up with engagement practices and activities. Currently, I am implementing a new engagement activity named as The Lot. Further details can be discussed.

competencies. Required to manage those recruited through the joining experience to ensure they
have all the necessary information and that they arrive to start work on time.

guidelines.
