1. Bids and Tenders, Cost estimations of projects for Ericsson & Huawei, Omantel and Nawras
2. Manages all phases of project development to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and internal consistency;
3. Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date.
4. Develops project schedules and processes to ensure user satisfaction, project continuity and the timely delivery of services;
5 Prepares regular progress, project status and problem resolution reports regarding status of telecommunications construction plans; with Journey plan and all HSE requirement for cars and teams specially for(PDO, OmanOIL, BP)
6. Manages relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure equipment and services procured and installed meet requirements and specifications;
7. Ensures compliance with Federal Communications Commission (TRA) requirements for licensing, operating, and technical performance
8. Oversees the preparation of bid specifications for major telecommunication projects to include towers, buildings, standby power plants, test equipment, land mobile radios and private microwave;
9. Facilitates user meetings with other state and local agencies, the general public and other employees to maintain effective working relationships;
10. Evaluates overall and individual work performance and continues site visiting to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints;
11. Monitors time and dollar expenditures to ensure projects and budgets meet established targets
Planning, design and implementation of Cisco Unified Communications and IP telephony Solutions.
Supporting enterprise network infrastructure architecting and implementing highly available, network solutions across several locations including data, voice and wireless, (FAN Planning).
