Directly Responsible for ensuring training programs (required per the Role), both Domestic and Global, are successfully completed to drive results within the Area.
Accountable for ensuring that payroll goals are achieved, and controllable operating expenses are within budget.
Inventory Management Implement effective inventory control measures, including accurate stock monitoring, replenishment strategies, and regular stock audits. Minimize stock losses, ensure optimal stock levels, and collaborate with buying teams to manage inventory turnover.
Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Set sales targets, track performance, and take corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed sales goals.
Inspirationally lead retail stores to a world class position by focusing on the 5 P’s: People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit.
Ensure a leading shopping experience and continuously maximize sales and profitability from the store portfolio, in conjunction with key stakeholders

Make recommendations to the Retail Operations Manager on commercial opportunities at Market level, setting up best practice and benchmarking for success.
Effectively complete store visits to develop and follow up on practical and achievable action plans
Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays, window presentations, and store layouts that enhance the customer experience and align with the brand's image and standards.
Lead the recruitment, on boarding, training and development efforts in stores, actively succession planning process and ensuring all policies, procedures are adhered to
Create and drive a high-performance culture across the Market by setting clear expectations and targets (using the SHINE PEP process) analyzing stores’ performance,
Work closely with HR, VM, Retail Marketing and B&M to ensure optimal service to the stores enabling store managers to operate smoothly and efficiently
