Meet / exceed the Unit’s objectives for the year in terms of volume growth and maximization of bottom line while improving delinquency levels.
Review all applications that are received from sales channels.
Provide necessary training to the branches and other selling points.
Manage the assigned Portfolio and Assist the Unit Manager in his duties.
Ensure that all applications received are timely processed and improve turnaround time.
Approve applications up to KD 50, 000
Handle customer's complaints and queries to improve customer retention.
Strictly follow NBK policy to help improving the delinquency levels.
Ensure compliance and adherence to criteria, policies and procedures.
Cross-Sell of NBK products such as Credit Cards and Loans
Suggest / Improve amendments to the existing Criteria, Policies and procedures in addition to the Introduction of New Products in order to improve the Service Quality, Bottom Lines and Market Share.
