Duties:
- Prepares tax reports concerning the financial performance of the company.
- Reviews tax legislation on a regular basis and provides insight to the Tax Manager.
- Supports the preparation on a monthly basis of the company tax obligations and differ taxes.
- Traces potential tax refunds by analyzing all the tax data.
- Reviews income and sales tax return and finalizes the tax payments in advance of the governmental tax audits.
- Supports in the analysis of the tax audits and develops tax reports.
- Prepare tax reports.
- Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.
- Participation in make technical opinion to the extent of the adequacy of the tax provision.
- Reviewing tax status of the company with respect to tax laws.
- Representing the company in front of governmental institutions.
- Resolving company's problems with the tax authorities.
Duties:
• Prepare tax reports
• Develop people through effectively delegating tasks and providing guidance to staff.
• Participation in make technical opinion to the extent of the adequacy of the tax provision to the clients.
• Prepare the Income tax declarations and resolve issues identified during the declaration preparation process to ensure accuracy of filings.
• Prepare the income tax forecasts
• Reviewing tax status of the company with respect to tax laws.
• Resolving company's problems with the tax authorities.
• Representing the company in front of governmental institutions.
• Attending many tax inspections on behalf of the company such as corporate tax, salary tax, stamp tax and handling all tax related issues.
•Attend & negotiate the internal & appeal committee in Tax Authorities.
• Preparing and writing all defense memorandums and presenting them in front of the Internal Committee, High Committee Appeal & all appeals committees.
• Reviewing payrolls.
• Reviewing Tax returns and full inspections for the following companies:
1. El Ezz group.
2. Transocean group.
3. Shelf Drilling group.
4. El Fayum Gas company.
5. Energizer.
6. Henkel.
Duties:
• Reviewing tax status of the company with respect to tax laws.
• Resolving company's problems with the tax authorities.
• Representing the company in front of governmental institutions.
• Attending many tax inspections on behalf of the company such as corporate tax, salary tax, stamp tax and handling all tax related issues.
•Attend & negotiate the internal & appeal committee in Tax Authorities.
• Preparing the payroll.
• Preparing the Tax return and full inspection for the following companies:
