Lead & Manage all IT activities
- Develop the IT Governance Framework using COBIT 5 Framework.
- Achieve the IT Governance objectives (Benefits Realization, Cost and Resources Optimization).
- Convert the Organizational objectives and the Stakeholders needs into IT objectives.

- Develop & maintain the Budget
- Manage service contracts and licenses renewals
- Team appraisal

- Cisco (Core Switches - Edge Switches - Router - Firewalls - IP Telephony - IPS - VPN - etc...)
- Microsoft (Active Directory - Exchange - SCOM - SCCM - ISA - RAS - SQL- Permissions - etc...)
- HP Data Center (Blade Servers - Rack Servers - SAN EVA 5000 - Tape Library - etc...)
- NetApp Storage Systems FAS3210
- WAN / LAN administration and troubleshooting
- Symantec (Anti Virus - SMTP Gateway - Storage
Foundation - Cluster - NetBackup - etc.....)
- Security Products (ISS - Websense - RSA Remote Access Tokens - Mcafee - PaloAlto - etc...)
