• Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Work on the Attendance report and data collection on monthly basis
• Ensure the database is accurate and up to date & the insurance of statistical Reports.
• Help reduce costs for staffing needs
• Start-to-end administration and coordination of Flyco Training Solutions & Cesar crew
application.
• Arrangement & Follow up the hotel, Travel accommodations for the crew as required.
• Monitoring & Handling of Cockpit crew & Cabin Crew sick Leave, Annual Leave, Days Off
and personal calls.
• Keep an accurate and continuous crew watch and keep the crew system updated, including
necessary documentation for all crew.
• Calculate the flying hours, duty periods, rest periods, allowances and overtime for crew
members operate as per ECAR, and the Operator’s Operations Manual.
• Communicate with the crew to ensure that they are informed about irregularities.
• Monitor, Manage and Ensure that only crew members with valid licenses, ratings, medicals,
qualifications and passports Operate in according to the Operations Manual.
• Manage and coordinates administrative and financial matters between operations department and the other organization within and outside the company.
• To participate in staff & case management meetings as required.
• Handling training room reservation.
• Filling flight envelope.
• Maintains the crew member records.
• Liaise with the insurance with respect to crew members and provide update flight schedule.
• Prepares the crew members and operations staff, training plan and administrates its
execution.
• Responsible for processing & Managing uniform orders and responding to any queries regarding size, quality and availability liaising directly with our colleagues to ensure they are kept updated on their orders and make sure they are available at the correct time and location for crew with Maintain good working relationships with our uniform suppliers.
• Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality & meets the business requirements.
• Monitor aircraft & crew movement and maintain crew schedules to ensure all flights are adequately crewed with the correct crew complement
• Manage all training activities associated with Flight Crew training to ensure that training plans are not delayed.
• Make short term plans to obtain optimum utilization of manpower with ECAR rules and Company Policies as well as recovery of published training plans to minimize delays and associated costs.
• Requesting all the Department’s Needs on SAP System and follow up until Finishing.
• Responds to absences, for reasons such as sickness, flight delays, etc., by rescheduling crew members at short notice Calls replacements out, in coordination with Dispatch.
• Ensuring crew members are notified of any amendments to their published roster in a timely manner.
• Preparing daily duty sheet considering crew compliments and requirement of language
