• Receive, inspect and deliver as per customer requirements to avoid any disagreements at the time of vehicle delivery.
• Using the knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
• Ensure that the jobs/service details are explained to the customer to justify the cost.
• Ensure resolution of repeat customer complaints on priority to maintain optimum customer satisfaction and maintain long term relationship to enhance customer.
• Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed to finish the job as fast as possible.
• Notify customer in case of delay/parts non availability or if warranty coverage.
• Ensure telephone follow up and keep him abreast with the information to aid them in their decision after Provide cost estimates to customer.
• Inspect work completed by mechanics and Test drive done for the vehicle before returning it to the customer.
• Provide billing statements and explains billing details to the customer.
• Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Goals set for centers month on month, maintaining relationship with target customers, customer service, ensuring high rate of return on investment and receiving customers calls for inquiries beside mails enquiry and serving workshop.
• Operating Internet, updating all records and documents.
• Maintaining stocks, data entry, updating accounts, compiling MIS reports & networking with different stakeholders and organization.
• Getting order through buying house and export house and prepare customers orders.
• Export parts for Russia, Africa and the other GCC countries.
• Arrange all not available parts from GCC or by ordering from japan.
• Serve the work shop and walking customers, inquiries by phone and, by E-mails.
• Proper execution of order and dispatch it on time & follow up for payment and making invoices.
• Depending on relationships get new clients & maintain good relation with client.
• The only one responsible for the Accessories for Suzuki through all UAE.
• Oil, gas and, Abu Qir Fertilizers, Alexandria, Egypt Petrochemicals diploma From the Perform engineering calculations, including energy modeling. Egyptian Engineering Work out side in the plant and constant communication with the panel operation. • Improve that the final products meet the global quality.
