4. Preparing the IORs (Improvement Opportunity Reports) to the suppliers for developing the products based upon the customer and market requirements.

6. Analyzing the technical reports for the products and customers major complaints and concluding the corrective and preventive actions.

1. Managing and complete supervision of the whole work of Production workshops (Turning, blacksmithing, carpentry, and fittings).
2. Managing the Electric workshops and whole process of Motors and Transformers reconditioning, repairing, and rewinding
3. Testing the raw materials and the fabricated products with the technical staff and confirming the compliance with manufacture order and requirements
