- Analyzing Tender request received by competent authority.
- Evaluating specifications for the tender purpose before issuing the tender.
- Announcement tender in official newspapers.
- Preparation of all the tender documents.
- Issue the tender and selling it to the vendors.
- Opening the Bids and joining the technical committees in selecting the best supplier.
- Recommending the best offer for the awarding committee.
- Preparation of the contract and the purchasing order to be signed between the (NGHA) and the supplier.
• Saudi Carbonate Co. as a Marketing executive (2004-2008) with the following responsibilities:
- Searching for new customers.
- Preparing customers quotations.
- Following up with customers after sales.
- Maintaining relation ship with customer after sales to insure contentions co operation.
