Job Responsibilities and Details:
1- Manage the sales & distribution activities within assigned area.

2-Controlling & following up the collection & market credit of all
market segments.
3-Planning the yearly target of all products by product & value and
distribute it among sales Rep according to the area capacity of
each one
4-Setting and supervising the sales routes of sales Team & check
all the documentations related to the sales.
5-Updating the customer’s list, market information & reporting on
the competition activities
6-Planning the stock-receiving schedule from factory to meet the
market needs
7-Managing the logistics operation - Other duties may be assigned
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to
accommodate corporate goals.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals
accordingly
- Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, price
schedules, and discount rates
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to
develop and control sales program.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with
maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to confirm to
budgetary requirements.
- Directs product research and development.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the
