• Bank Reconciliation 13 Accounts ( Controlling Bank & Cash & LC & Loan Repayment )
• Responsible to answer & deal with auditor related to bank transation & others
• Working on A/R
• processing of supply payment & Booking Invoices
• Make list of PDC Checks & LC Payment to help Finance Manager to manage cash flow statement
• Booking of Journal Voucher, Bank payment, cash payment, Cheaque Receipt & PDC
• Ensure payment of internal expense reports with relevant approval e.g. cash advance, leave Salary & EOSB final settlement,
• Verify all petty cash reimbursement for PRO & Expense Claim against visa charges posted in the system.
• Ensure that the petty cash vouchers are duly authorized and contain appropriate supporting documents
• Checking of hard copy receipts against staff expense sheet
• Prepare list of Cash advance, salary advance, EOSB, leave salary deduction
